A women’s retreat on a regenerative farm overlooking the Clark Fork River.
Western Montana, Summer 2027.
The Farm You’ve Always Wanted.
For 4 days, It’s Yours…
You’ve been watching this life for years. The farm, the long table, the food from twenty feet away. The life that feels like the one you were supposed to be living.
ReWild is Four Days Inside It.
Wake up slow. Walk the farm. Forage wild plants and steep them into tea. Make soap from scratch. Cut flowers from next door. Sauna until you can’t. Cold plunge. Say hi to Dexter and the goats.
Every evening, gather in Jill’s kitchen and make something real. Not a class. Something older. Hands in dough, fire under a pan, women around a table doing what women have always done. Farm ingredients, neighboring farms, farmers Jill has known for years.
You’ll leave knowing how to do something you didn’t before. And that knowledge lives in your hands now. You can’t unknow it.
No land to buy. No years of work before it’s your turn. Four days inside the life. Built just for you.
What’s Included
You show up.
The farm is already here.
4 Days + 3 Nights
Every Evening Meal
Made Together
Most of us will never have a farm. But for four evenings, you get to cook like you do. Fresh ingredients grown at ReWild or nearby, sourced from farmers Jill has known for years. Women in a kitchen together, making food your great-grandmother would recognize, with ingredients most people only dream of having access to. That’s the magic. That’s what doesn’t wash off.
Daily Workshops
Three workshops over four days. Hands-on is the main vibe. Think soap making, fermentation, cheese making, homemade jam, herbal tea, pick your own flowers, an outdoor sound bath. The exact lineup varies by retreat. Check the details on each date to find your fit.

The Knowledge You Take Home
Jill Demers has spent more than two decades studying something most people never think about: the space between Americans and their food, and what that distance is quietly costing us. Our health. Our connection to nature. Each other. Those things aren’t separate.
She’s a regenerative farmer, nutrition therapy practitioner, and the kind of person who lived in a VW van through a Montana winter while building a log home by hand, because that’s just who she is. ReWild grew from that same conviction–when you reconnect people to where their food comes from, something fundamental shifts that never washes off.
She’s not here to lecture you. She’s here to cook with you, walk the farm with you, and show you what that shift actually feels like.
Background: Kathleen is an internationally recognized nutrition educator, author, and health advocate whose work sits at the intersection of soil and gut: two living ecosystems that thrive on diversity and pay the price when we strip it away. She is the author of the award-winning book
End Chronic Disease: The Healing Power of Beliefs, Behaviors, and Bacteria (Hay House |Penguin Random House, 2020) and is featured in the documentary Secret Ingredients. A Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner and President of Rhode to Health, Inc., Kathleen is
currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Health and has spent the past 15 years teaching women how to harness the power of their microbiome to regenerate health from within.
Fun Fact: Kathleen + Jill met at a conference in 2018. After hearing Kathleen speak about the gut microbiome, Jill immediately knew she needed to bring her expertise to Alder, even though Kathleen wasn’t accepting new clients at the time. Since then, Kathleen’s influence on Jill’s work (and life) has been immeasurable. So has their friendship.
July 23-26th Workhop: Nourishing Your Inner Ecosystem
Background: Carrie has spent more than two decades in Missoula helping people slow down and pay attention to the living world around them. Raised among midwest hardwood forests and later shaped by the Rocky Mountains of southern Colorado, she came to Montana in 2003 and spent 20 years teaching kids math, art, science, and wilderness living skills. She became a camp director, folk school founder, outdoor programs director, and lifelong encourager of curiosity. Inspired by four generations of Irish and Scottish fiber arts women in her family, her practice spans natural dyes, eco printing, foraging, watercolor painting, and transforming garden herbs into nourishing teas and herbal blends. She believes creativity belongs to everyone, and that nature becomes our greatest teacher when we finally slow down enough to notice.
Fun Fact: Carrie and Jill first crossed paths on a soccer field, then found their way back to each other years later through a mutual friend. And honestly, it makes perfect sense. The through line was always there: a shared pull toward wild spaces and a way of seeing the world through both an artist’s eye and a scientist’s curiosity. Some friendships just wait for the right moment to take root.
